Session met and was opened with prayer.

Member present were Rev. W. M. Grimes, Moderator, E. W. Daniels, J. B. Marquis, J. M. Boggs and S. Aikin, Elders.

Miss Cora M. McKee, Miss Laura H. McKee, Miss Clara P. Boggs and Nettie L. Bell appeared before Session and were recieved into full communion with this Church on profession of their faith in Christ. Session took recess until to-morrow evening (Mar. 9th). At this time Mrs. Amanda Winders presented her letter from the U. P. Church of McMahaus Creek.

Session took recess until Sat. Mar. 10. Members present were Rev. W. M. Grimes, moderator, J. M. Boggs and J. B. Marquis, Elders. There being no business before Session, took recess until Sabbath evening after service. Members present were Rev. W. M. Grimes, Moderator, E. W. Daniels, J. M. Boggs and S. Aikin, Elders.

Mrs. Rachael McBride came before Session and was recieved into full communion with this Church. Session took recess until after service Mar. 12th. Members present as above. Mr. John McGlashan appeared before Session and was recieved, on public profession of his faith in Christ, into full communion of the Church. Not being baptised, the ordinance was administered to him. Olive Church, Jan. 19, 1884.

Session met and was opened by prayer.

Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, E. W. Daniels, J. B. Marquis, J. M. Boggs and S. Aikin, Elders. Recieved, by letter, from the Church of Bristol, Mrs. Anna Foote. Session closed with prayer. S. Aikin, Clerk.

Olive Church, Apr. 1, 1884.

Session met and was constituted by prayer.

Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, E. W. Daniels, J. B. Marquis, J. M. Boggs and S. Aikin, Elders. Misses Callie and Maud Racey and Miss Eva Archibald were recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church. Took recess until to-morrow night. April 2nd, Session convened with members present as above. Mrs. Elenor Foote, was recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church.

April 3rd. Members all present. Mr. Riley Parrish came before Session and was recieved into full communion with this Church, on profession of his faith in Christ. Took recess until Apr. 4th when Miss Ella Marquis and Miss Eva Reed were recieved, on examination, as members of this Church.

Session took recess until Apr. 5th. Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, J. B. Marquis, J. M. Boggs and S. Aikin, Elders. Recieved, by letter, from the Methodist Episcopal, Valley Church, Mrs. Bina Little. Took recess until April 6th. No business claiming the attention of Session, adjourned to meet at the call of the Moderator.

April 7th. Session met and members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, J. M. Boggs, J. B. Marquis and S. Aikin, Elders.

Mr. Charles McGlashan and John Lowe came before Session and were recieved, on public profession of their faith in Christ, into full communion with this Church. Session took recess until Apr. 8th, when again convened with all members present. Mrs. Elenor Parrish was recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church. Of the above members, Miss Eva Reed, Miss Eva Archibald, Mr. Riley Parrish, Charles McGlashan, John Lowe, and Mrs. Elenor Parrish not having been baptised, the ordinance of baptism was administered to then. Session closed with prayer. S. Aikin, Clerk.

Thus far examined and approved by St. Clairsville Presbytery at Cadiz, Apr. 24th.

Olive Church, Jan. 27th, 1885.

Session met and was constituted by prayer. Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, John Boggs, E. W. Daniels and S. Aikin, Elders.

Miss Ida M. Wiley was recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church.

Jan. 28th. Session met with members present as above. Nothing claiming their attention, took recess until Saturday evening.

Jan. 31st. Members of Session all present. Mr. Franklin Foote came before Session and was recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church.

Feb. 1st. Session met, members present as above. Mr. Samuel Wallace came before Session and was recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church.

Feb. 2nd. Session met, members present as above. Mr. R. W. Parrish and Miss Martha Marquis were recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church. Miss Wiley, Mr. Foote, Mr. Parrish, and Martha Marquis, not being baptised, the ordinance was administered to them. Session closed by prayer.

Mr. Samuel Beckley appeared before Session and was recieved, on examination, into full communion with this Church. Not being baptised, the ordinance was administered to him. Mar. 28th, there being no further business, Session closed with prayer.

Session met and was constituted by prayer. Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, J. B. Marquis, J. M. Boggs, E. W. Daniels and S. Aikin, Elders.

Recieved by letter, from the Church of Patterson, Presbytery of Bellefountaine, Mr. Nancy Bailey. Session closed by prayer. S. Aikin, Clerk.

Olive Church, Feb. 20, 1887.

Session met and was opened by prayer. Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, J. M. Boggs, E. W. Daniels and S. Aikin, Elders.

Mr. James Gill came before Session, made public profession of his faith in Christ and was recieved into full communion with this Church. Session took recess until after service at night.

Feb. 21st. Session convened. Members present as above. Mr. Arthur Marquis came before Session making profession of his faith in Christ and was recieved into full communion with this Church. Session took recess until to-morrow. No business claiming the attention of Session, closed by prayer. S. Aikin, Clerk.

Olive Church, Feb. 21, 1888.

Session met at the call of the Moderator. Opened with prayer. Members present were Rev. T. J. Dague, Moderator, J. M. Boggs and J. B. Marquis, Elders.

Rev. T. J. Dague was appointed clerk of the session pro-tem in the absence of Brother Aikin. The action of Rev. T. J. Dague in giving a letter of dismissal to Miss Mattie Marquis, with consent of some of the Elders at a previously formed meeting was approved. Riley Parrish, a member of this Church, whom public rumors charged with conduct unbecoming a christian, appeared voluntarily before Session and made confession, asked forgiveness and promised, by the grace of God, more consistant behavior in the future. In regard to which the Session adopted the following.

1. That in view of his voluntary confession and expression of repentence the name of Railey Parrish be continued upon our roll as a member in good standing in this Church.

2. That this statement be read from the pulpit at a regular service. Session took a recess until called to-gether by the Moderator. Rev. T. J. Dague, Clerk.

Olive Church, Dec. 1, 1888.

There was a meeting of both the Congregation and Session at the above date.

Bros. W. J. Marquis, F. M. Gill and R. J. Marquis were elected Elders and Bros. James Boggs, James Gill, James Gore and G. A. Bell were elected Deacons. Mrs. John Boggs, Mrs. G. A. Bell and Miss Jennie Aikin were elected Deaconesses.

On Dec. 16, 1888 all the above officers were duly ordained into their respective offices except Bro. James Gore and Miss Jennie Aikin. Rev. T. J. Dague, Clerk.

Dec. 16, 1888.

Session met persuant to call in the afternoon and was organized by electing Br. John M. Boggs Moderator. Members present were E. W. Daniels, John M. Boogs, John B. Marquis and the newly elected members.

The business of the meeting was the election of Clerk in the place of Mr. Aikin. Upon vote Br. F. M. Gill recieved an unaminious vote for Clerk. F. M. Gill, Clerk.

Olive Church, Apr. 20, 1889.

Session met and was opened by prayer by Rev. Gould, Moderator. Members present were E. W. Daniels, J. B. Marquis, W. J. Marquis, R. J. Marquis, J. M. Boggs and F. M. Gill.

Application was made by E. W. Daniels for letters from this Church for Miss Lura and Miss Cora McKee. Said request was granted and they were voted letters. Session took recess until after service at night. Nothing further, Session closed by prayer by F. M. Gill. F. M. Gill, Clerk.

Olive Church, Oct. 12, 1889.

Session met and was opened by prayer by Rev. Bower, Moderator. Members present were E. W. Daniels, J. B. Marquis, J. M. Boggs and R. P. Marquis. Application was made for a letter by Mrs. Clara P. Fogle. Said letter was granted. Session was closed by prayer. John M. Boggs, Clerk.
